I wish I could give negative 5 stars...Absolutely horrible. We experienced a pervasive mold situation, and management wouldn't even investigate until we vehemently turned away the painters they (begrudgingly) sent to PAINT OVER the mold, rather than address it through proper remediation. Everything about them was incredibly shady, and they eventually admitted to being "unresponsive" to our attempts at contacting them to have the issue investigated. We ended up moving out and suing. I suggest you do the same!

Ua should I write a review.Lets start cause is my turn now.It is right to live in an apartment and put tape all over the window and patio door during the winter?It is normal to see insects coming from the floor?It is normal to get all the food wet cause the refrigerator didn’t work for 2 years?It is normal to live in an apartment unpainted?I called them emailed they and they don’t care.

If I could give zero stars I would. Since the day we moved in (White Plains NY) we have had roaches, mice, flies, and terrible odor in the hallway and elevator. It took 5 months for the super to give us back our kitchen drawer (that was broken when we moved in). Management ignores your emails, ignores your calls, and when you finally get through to them they are rude, transfer you to someone else, and do nothing to help you. This building is a piece of shit, theres roaches everywhere, dead mice down in the lobby quite often..horrible circulation down in the lobby. It smells like a hamsters cage. And they want to increase my rent every year? I dont think so i will not be renewing my lease
