Worst management company I have ever worked with in 6 years of renting in Los Angeles hands down. They have no office available, the owner is a slumlord. They have no desire to have resident retention. I lived in one property and over 12 months had 30 work orders or more.
Moving out after 2 years. On site manager lady did the walk through yesterday. Stating visible patching on the wall from scotch tap e taking the film off so I patched and primed it for them. Tiny holes in the screen. And grease on the stove. I used a steamer to clean the kitchen the bath and floor. I was so upset with the pettiness and told her. Extremely slow. Had to call everyday for a week so they’d process my rental application. They had not started until I began calling
Avoid this management company! They have been renovating a building on Marathon St. in Hollywood for months now and are clearly violating multiple tenant laws. Construction starts too early and can be heard from several streets away. The area is full of toxic dust and debris overflowing onto public sidewalks. You can see their (likely exploited) workers failing to adhere to safety practices. I see so many negative reviews on here, and just wanted to share my experience since it was a good one. I lived in one of their properties for 4 years and they were great to us! I had 2 roommates. they always got back to us in a timely manner, maintenance requests were always fulfilled, they even replaced our whole entire AC unit brand new one summer because the other one was costing us so much money, they replaced our dishwasher brand new one year, got people out to us very quickly when we had a tree that fell down blocking... read more
