I see so many negative reviews on here, and just wanted to share my experience since it was a good one. I lived in one of their properties for 4 years and they were great to us! I had 2 roommates. they always got back to us in a timely manner, maintenance requests were always fulfilled, they even replaced our whole entire AC unit brand new one summer because the other one was costing us so much money, they replaced our dishwasher brand new one year, got people out to us very quickly when we had a tree that fell down blocking... read more
They are very responsive and follow up when you put in a work order request for maintenance. Their landscaping team takes care of everything well.
I really felt let down by this company for the simple fact that I submitted all the information and documents that they requested,application fee,time and energy,calling off of work or leaving early to show sincerity that I was really interested in renting this extremely tiny studio unit.At the end of the day the best they could come up with was that my credit was too low Wow a working man who can afford to pay the rent regarding the tiny studio unit.This has been happening far too long.This discrimination has to stop.!!!!!
Awful company!!!!!!! I rescheduled the whole morning because of them and no one showed up for a tour that I booked and confirmed with them day earlier. Have no idea how they are still in the business🤯
