Had a mix up when my card expired added the new card went there in my second car and was denied access. Tried to fix it with the lady that said she was the manager she refused to let me talk to the guy that added my new card stating she was over him. Ended up going to the one on 70 and they found the old card was never removed from my account and stated customers often complain about the manager in the knightdale location.
Don’t get a membership if you have a custom plate. Everytime I have to get out, walk to the office, and get someone to help. RFID tags do not work. I wish I could have kept the membership, the wash is great when you don’t have to battle getting through the gate.
