We have been to Sam's many times. My mother and I love the steak and great service and it's close to our house. However, tonight (Wed May 14th) we were not as impressed with the service. Our waiter was very friendly, but only came over a few times. It also took way longer than normal to get our food and the waiter never apologized or offered any explanation as to the delay.
