H-O-R-R-I-B-L-E – WOrse service in Des Moines. Baught a 'prestine' part and had someone pick it up for me. MISTAKE! Part was broken and they refused to offer a replacement part or even refund money. Plus the guys at the front desk are arrogant and the worse customer service EVER! Buyer beware these people are horrible. How can they still be in business is beyond me!

buyer beware, once you pay for the part you're on your own. – we purchased a 30,000 mile engine from these guys, paid with a credit card on the day of order. a full week later, we had not received the engine. we called to check on it and were informed they had not even begun pulling it from the car yet. 3 days later, the engine finally shows up and due to the fact they supported the entire weight of the engine on the oil pan for shipping, it showed up severely damaged. when i called them to address the problem, i was informe... read more

Never Again – These people only care about one thing - themselves!!! They are a true junkyard as they sell nothing but junk. You buy as is, no refunds. Try someone else that offers a guarantee that the parts you buy are going to work or have been tested.

bad business do not buy here – I bought a truck from them off of e bay. they took pictures of the the truck but not from the angles to see all of the damage, just from the angles to make the truck look good. after i paid for the truck and told them i was driving it, bryan the manager told me it needed a radiator. no where in the listing was there any listed damage to the radiator. a new radiator was $2200.00 i took the radiator out and then found there was damage to the air conditioning condensor and to the air to air compon... read more
