The Sams on harlem has terrible custmer service. I placed an order and did not get my food the way i ordered it. When i called to complain the manager was rude and all he offered me was a 5$ credit on a 30$ order. O and he also told me next time i could pick it up myself to make sure it was right. His excuse was they sometimes get too busy and things get overlooked. Like getting my order right, apparently. Total jerk. Will never order from here again!
What horrible awful service....what kind of manager argues with a customer and insults a customer how un professional and I plan on telling every soul I know the customer is NEVER right when you call sams on Harlem...what an absolute joke call any other place on earth and complain about your order they fix it, not this guy he just calls u a liar and continues to insult you just be thankful we weren't in your shop in person you disrespectful joke of a manager

This must have been the order from the Holiday Inn? Sorry that it took longer than expected to get the food to you last night but according to the front desk at the hotel, they can confirm that the delivery driver went to the room and got no response. He then went to the front desk to inquire. They tried calling the room and got no response. So I am sorry if they just missed each other or crossed paths but the order was there on time and the customer was not in the room and could not be reached.
