You guys were terrible! We ordered a pizza at 12:15am. Called back at 1:18am because we never got our order after being told 25-30 minutes. When I called talked to the manager Sarah and was told we never placed our order. Finally found our order after 10 minutes and said it was never made. I think the building is amazing an the food is the best when it's cooked all the way through an the asshole son gets the order right!!!!! I told him on the phone that the last 3 times we ordered we asked for a cup of ranch an hadn't received it so he made sure it was in the bag the delivery dropped the food an left looked in the bag NO RANCH!!!! so I called him up an got treated like shit like always an the pizza delivery guy driver back with our ranch which wasn't his fault! The best pizza on the planet. I moved to Wisconsin several years ago and every time I go back to Rockford I have to stop by and grab a pizza. I will kill half of it heading down the interstate. By far the best Rockford as to offer.

This is the worst Italian food on this planet. A few months ago ordered a 10 dollar fried calamari appetizer. It had absolutely no taste. The breading was off by the time I got home because they package it in a tin container. It works as a steamer for the fish because they put it in there hot.
