Sams used to be amazing back in the mid 2000s. Now it's a place I'd never shop at again. They won't even mount tires if you didn't buy them there. Even if you offered to pay full labor. Sam is angry at the world these days and is rude over the phone. Everything in there is still overpriced. I have no clue how he's still in business.
Have always had a good experience with Sam and his crew! For those who feel a need to complain, look at any of the other shops comments, tons of people complain..... attitude and communication is everything!
2 war veterans walk in and we had just a few simple questions.... The guy behind the counter started shaking his head no before we even finished our first question.. Was rude and not courteous at all... Actually was the opposite.. My buddy and I have been mechanics for years, we aren't idiots... I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE TYPE OF PEOPLE. Might have had questions about Chinese bikes but I'll take my American business support elsewhere!
Great costumer service and had my bike ready right at the time they promised. Really cool people there.
Terrible customer service. Luckily i found another cycle shop a little further down rancho.
Sam is the best. Always smiling , hilarious, and treats everyone like a friend.
