Excellent in-person customer service. Had a screw in my tire and they were able to repair it. Previously took my car to Lex Brodies to get the tire fixed, but their patch failed. If you want your tire repaired correctly, skip Lex Brodies and go straight to Sam’s Club Tire shop. Giving only 4 stars because it was difficult to get through to the local shop. Instead the call went to the Philippines and they couldn’t really give me good answers over the phone. I decided to just do walk-in service and it worked out well.

Grossly understaffed, and disappointing service every time I come in.
Been going here for years, but was very disappointed this morning. First, the guy's personality wasn't nice at all, but, I expected that from Sam's . Wanted to replace TPMS sensors & balance tires. I had done this in the past with no problem, but they didn't sell sensors, so I bought an aftermarket set outside and they installed with no problem. Now, i guess they sell sensors, but I had already purchased oem ones and they refused to install them. So I asked if they had sensors for my car and he brought out an aftermarket set... read more
