I HAVE ALWAYS HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS SAMS CLUB UNTIL TODAY WHEN TRYING TO RENEW OUR MEMBERSHIP. THE PAST 4 YEARS WE HAVE BEEN WITH SAMS CLUB WE HAVE RECEIVED A DISCOUNT BECAUSE OF MY EMPLOYER, NOW THAT MY WIFE WORKS FOR THE SAME EMPLOYER AND I MOVED ON WE TOOK THE EMAIL THAT WAS SENT AND THEY WOULDN'T HONOR THE TERMS OF THE EMAIL. THE PAST THREE YEARS I JUST SHOWED MY WORK BADGE NOW THIS YEA NADA, NOTHING, ZILCH. THANKS FOR NOTHING SAMS GUESS I'LL STICK WITH KROGER
Its a Sams...has Sams stuff...pretty much all of the stores are the Same....the pretzels are gross at the deli...the management isnt great at handling complaints. ..but hey...get in get out...
Clean store, staff at membership desk are the best!
I love Sam's, however this stores service is lacking. Need front end personnel that does not stand around doing nothing. After standing in line for over 20 minutes they move us to another register with a longer line. We finally gave up and just left without the over $400 worth of products we came in for!
