Employees are NOT following CDC recommendations to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Very disappointing. Unsafe. Where is management? Seriously folks, if big box stores don’t step up and help contain this pandemic we can forget about flattening the curve. Two visits to this store this month. Same experience and observations. Not going back until this is over.
Customer service desk is way understaffed. And the person that helped me charged me for a membership card that had already been paid for by my office so I’ll have to return to get my $40 back🤨

I have been shopping at Sam's Club for years. Always find great buys. Love their meat department. Great place to have lunch. Best Hot dog in town. Look at their gas prices.
I went in today to specifically pick up photos and Christmas cards I had ordered online on Tuesday. When I went to pick them up, I was told the photo center was closed but my items would be at customer service. When I told the lady at customer service she looked and told me my order wasn’t in yet. I told her my email said my order would be ready at 11:00 yesterday.
