Sams club does not value their customers. My mother has been a member for over 15 years now and not for a business, just for her household. Today she spent about $15 for grapefruit for her granddaughter along with some other items. Before she got home she realized she didn't get the grapefruit she purchased. She went back to Sams club and told them she didn't get her grapefruit, that she had left them in the cart. She was told there was nothing they can do.
