Very rude csr multiple times. I asked a crs where I can find an item..she barked that she was on break....wow
My favorite SAMs club. Plenty of helpful and happy staffers. Plus they have inexpensive gas.
Its an ok place, some workers can be rude... One time a lady on the check out refused to make a happy face for a 4 yr. old girl even though I asked if would please do a happy face on the receipt, she just said Oh lady we dont make happy faces here!!! For Gods sake, it took her more time to make that rude remark than time it would have taken her to make a happy kid with :-). I was like, really??? How rude!!!
