I ordered two cakes on 12/20 for 12/24 the young lady keisha at bakery said we close at 6pm u cannot pick cake at 5pm so heres your ticket pick up at 1pm when i get there at 1:15pm they said its till 5pm i said look at my ticket, i explained what lady told me manager said we can have them done in 30 minutes they did them and they where messed up never again will i buy a cake from here
I went to the one on 95th and western. I love the customer service in the glasses department. The manager shavona was so nice.
Got what i came to get and was in and out in less than 10 minutes
If only I could give no stars. Where do I start; poor customer service. The food area was just a mess, management only good for apologies and no actions. I miss the Northlake location.

Holy fucking shit! What in the absolute hell is going on over there with you people?? I've been calling you for almost an hour now trying to get ahold of a manager and the only one that I've ever been able to get ahold of is the poor lady in the bakery! NO OTHER DEPARTMENT ANSWERS THE PHONE!!! I've called every single extension multiple times! Funny thing is, I have no problem getting texts and emails from you guys to renew my membership! Yeah... I'll get right on that.
