I was standing in line for sams club today in the morning. So the security come out and start saying any essentials personal so she says doctors, nurses, police ,fire men , permidec, could come in so i ask her how about if you work in a hospital. She says no your not essential i said what. so any body that works in a hospital it's not essential except doctors and nurses. I wonder how this doctors and nurses do everything them selfs. With out no other Staff like house keeping ,security, techs, maintenance. Just wondering what... read more
good customer service friendly staff
I was forced on buying hand sanitizer at the register by the cashier. She had it out, making it like it was for customers but she quickly said “Now I’m gonna have to sell you it!”. I’ve never dealt with any issues at my local sams. It was a middle aged African American lady. Plus the sams is dirty and really needs a deep cleaning. Plus they need to work on customer service.
There are 10 lanes, only 2 of them have an actual cashier. At the other 8 lanes, you expected to cash out yourself with no help from any employee. They never have any hot items in stock: milk, bleach, soap, etc.

Yesterday I picked up one of the cakes from the bakery at Sam’s Club in Cicero, today we were cutting it and eating it, and then realized there were hair cuttings on the cake. We did not open it at the store and it remained closed until we cut it today. The hairs have to be from the store/bakery. This is GROSS!
