RecommendedWhile I enjoy shopping at Sams, I just witnessed someone taking every single bag of flour off the shelf to buy. This was like 20 bags or more. In general, Sams should have a policy against excessive emptying of shelves under our current state of conditions. Very disappointing to see this is okay.
Recently purchased 52 boxes of laminate flooring , upon return a week later to pick up a few more boxes to find out the color had been discontinued. Soooo now what. Although the guys on the floor tried there absolute hardest to find stock elsewhere, there were soo many difficulties with the same club systems that they were unable to help. RecommendedToday was the first time I tried curbside pickup. I parked under a tree, let them know what number spot I was in. Had to wait only a few minutes and my order was brought out and placed in my car. The delivery lady was so nice and apologized! for the wait. Just want to give a thumbs up to these dedicated workers and let them know how much I appreciate them.
RecommendedJeff Miller made our 80 case bottled water purchase seamless! Pre-ordered, ready on time, Sam's folks loaded it! Only thing the could have done better is off loaded it at the House of Bread where we donated! lol

RecommendedOverall, I love sam’s club. I have been very disappointed with what you are doing right now. When we are in a pandemic, the last thing you should be doing is moving stuff around. I don’t want to be in your store any longer than I have to and you are seriously putting more people at risk for coming in contact with the virus.

Switched to Sams because they let people choose to wear a mask or now. Now they are part of the trend of mask wearing. Shameful.
Held 40 minutes to talk to someone in Customer Service after being transferred by a girl who answered when I hit 0. Called back, hit 0 like the first time, rang 10 minutes so I hung up. Called 3rd time... pressed key for Pharmacy since no option for customer service.
