Not only will no one answer the phone, there isn't even a VM available. Frankly I'd settle for an email box I could contact. The Tire Center in Roanoke is still closed and I can't even get anyone on the phone to discuss options? Will Walmart honor the Sams Club tire warranty? Of course, the Walmart tire centers seem to be closed too. So the nearest I can tell my tire warranty is useless because I can't get it serviced anywhere unless I drive to Lynchburg on a spare. How is it that I am told that Sams Club cannot require masks when people are shopping, but other big box retailers can? Sams is a private shopping club that I pay yearly DUES to be a part of - having my health put in jeopardy was not part of the bargain. Menards - CANNOT walk into the store without a mask on. This club does not answer the phone, called several times over a period of two days and never had anyone answer. Then on day three someone finally answered and I was put on hold and I hung up after waiting for 11.3 minutes for someone to come back on the line. I know everyone is busy but very unprofessional.
RecommendedI've been a member for over 11 years now and tonight I was walking out of the store near closing time and the wind caught what was in my basket and two pizzas I had purchased to bake for dinner flew out of the cart crashed onto the ground and fell out of their boxes. Hate this store! Costumer serves are horrible! People don’t know what do to on their positions! Just horrible storee!!!!! I will never do shopping in this store again! Sands club have to train them better or train at all!!!!! Costco Mach better. But the manager help me in the end
