I purchased a phone from Dylan, an AT&T representative, via my Sam’s membership. The promotion was for the the iPhone 11 Pro 256 GB for a $1000 rebate upon receipt of my current iPhone 7 trade in. Well the first problem I experienced was that Dylan didn’t seem very knowledgeable. I shook it off. 2nd problem was the marketing AT&T sold the phones information for. The worst customer service I have experienced. It takes 6 phones calls to get ahold of someone. On top of that I get transferred to the tire center and no one wants to answer. Which brings me back to customer service!!!!!!
My mom and I are coming from out of town, and we came to pump gas unfortunately my moms card expired and this lovely man next to us offered her his card to put gas. BRAD working at the gas station got in front of her face and the guys face and said it was not allowed. Mind you, my mom had her card in her hand and was explaining how we are visiting and she is just trying to put gas. RecommendedWhile I recommend shopping there....your cart person today is telling people at the entrance that they need to go out into the parking lot and retrieve a cart. I would be so angry if my elderly mother had to do get her own cart. Management wasn’t handling this issue at all. The employee was still telling people when we left. Y’all gotta do better!
My two year old didn’t have a mask the your fake security guard was so rude and turned us away. I understand the policy but she’s 2. Like really.
