Absolutely horrible customer service at your Mankato, MN location. I placed an online order, received my confirmation and checked in when I arrived. I waited over 20 mins and nothing. I then called the store to be put on hold for over 5mins to be told by someone how sorry they were and they would be right out. That was over 30mins ago and I am now still waiting. I will take my business elsewhere from now on.
RecommendedThe only thing that I dislike about Sam's is that the fresh cut fruit is almost never fresh.. Very disappointing!!
I definitely do not recommend doing any online or pickup orders. When you order it it tells you you’re supposed to receive an email letting you know you’re order is ready. I had an order placed for pickup between 5-6. My husband went to get the order. No where on the app did it allow me to confirm I was at the store. He pulled into the designated pickup parking spot. I was forced on buying hand sanitizer at the register by the cashier. She had it out, making it like it was for customers but she quickly said “Now I’m gonna have to sell you it!”. I’ve never dealt with any issues at my local sams. It was a middle aged African American lady. Plus the sams is dirty and really needs a deep cleaning. Plus they need to work on customer service.
