Pitiful is all im going to say how can management sleep at night you should be ashamed of yourselves
The tire department is terrible with customer service after the sale. I was lied to because of their lack of proper equipment and I was told I needed all new lug nuts on all four tires which would have cost $100 +., when actually the problem was they did not have the proper equipment to remove the lug nuts. This was when I took my car in for a free tire rotation with an appointment scheduled and apparently they did not have time to properly perform the service. I bought tires here a few months ago, came in today to get the air pressure checked and I've been waiting over 1 HOUR to get air in ONE tire. NEVER AGAIN!!
Great selection of products
I bought my daughter a two tier cake for her birthday only to get home and realize the design was peeling off and the dark purple icing had bled into the white icing from being made too long I suspect. Not happy at all! There was also supposed to have more decoration to it.
Learned my lesson about making an appointments to get tires put on at 8 in the morning. They only had 1 worker and two hours later I’m still sitting here while he helps other customers.
Sam’s is a clean and pleasant environment with friendly and helpful servers.
