I definitely do not recommend doing any online or pickup orders. When you order it it tells you you’re supposed to receive an email letting you know you’re order is ready. I had an order placed for pickup between 5-6. My husband went to get the order. No where on the app did it allow me to confirm I was at the store. He pulled into the designated pickup parking spot. I love sams we get really good deals friendly people and they have about everything I go in tethered for
I understand that people are buying things like crazy. However, a family of 8 eats one package a chicken a night. I usually cook chicken four times a week. The limit of one pack of chicken at a time is ridiculous. I drive 20 mins one way to shop there and have never just bought one pack of chicken prior to Covid 19. I am not coming back daily for a pack of chicken! If you want to limit people’s exposure to the virus don’t limit food.

Went to Sam's a month ago and got a Big Box of the Purina dog food in single plastic packages and noticed when I put it in my car I noticed it had a coupon, I thought oh great I'll use it on my next trip. Fast forward to today 2/12/2020 I got to check out same thing, I hand my Club Card and say oh I got a coupon, when a very rude girl tells me "Oh we don't take coupons" I said well I got it here. Was at sams in beckley yesterday. Was waited on by Monique at the front help desk. She was super friendly and great at multitasking.
You all are some wicked individuals. The highlight of my trips to Sam’s was thinking you all were a great company for allowing individuals, like the woman in the wheelchair at the entrance, to have a job. Now that I learned you all fired her, I will never shop there again. You are scum.
