Customer service is always backed up and always takes forever. The "customer service" reps are rude and never friendly and ready to help you. They even give you attitude. Plus they have now made almost all the check out lines self service. These are the lines that usually are stalled because of a computer glitch or user error.

I save a lot of money shopping at Sam's. That being said, do not ever purchase a Polygroup pool from there or anywhere else. The pump will crap out in a couple of month's. Although Polygroup gives a warranty, the warranty is useless becasue they are out of stock. I turned in all the paperwork for a replacement pump almost a month ago. I called Polygroup today and they said it would be spring before I got a replacement.
Checking out is slow. You have to watch them charging you twice. Than sent you to service deck and stand in line to get your money back. Poor management
I will never order from Sam's Club online ever again. The experience has been so bad, and I may not return to the store either. I ordered a new TV for almost $1,000.00 and paid an EXTRA $144.22 in expedited shipping charges to get the TV delivered early and was given a delivery date upon purchase. The TV did not get sent to the freight company until the NIGHT of the delivery date. As of today, it looks like my delivery will be later than the original non expedited delivery date.
