Lots of empty shelves. Prices going up fast. Every time I go in I think about asking for a membership refund
Better customer service in the vision department.
This club does not answer the phone, called several times over a period of two days and never had anyone answer. Then on day three someone finally answered and I was put on hold and I hung up after waiting for 11.3 minutes for someone to come back on the line. I know everyone is busy but very unprofessional.

I'm sorry that I've been three times in a row to specifically get a rotisserie chicken and their sign at the counter says sorry etc. Honestly I'm down to buying gas here and the chicken. no point in paying the membership fee if they don't have the chicken. what's going on, Sam's Club?
Rude customer service, used to be my favorite Sams in Huntsville. But customer service there is no longer what it was a few years ago
