I said the is close to everyone and also they have nice people and very helpful
New membership on 5/7. Still waiting for the instant savings offer for the free items to be loaded to my card. Pretty sure that it's never going to happen. Beware if you take advantage of a membership deal. I have contacted customer service multiple times to no avail. Thinking it was a scam.
I come to this location different times of the week and there is always a wait. Right now, I am in the customer service line and there is only one person working with 6+ people in line. During Christmas I bought some movie tickets and usually the girl at the register will go get the actual tickets. But no, this girl made me wait in the customer service line after I had already waited in the check out line for 15 minutes. I am considering switching to Costco because I can't deal with this anymore.
It's my favorite store ,you can find all stuff you need it I love Sam's Club !
Never had a problem here and the staff is usually pretty helpful!!
