Oh my gosh only 2 person in customer service! Taking sooooo long.
I have never received any notification that you have now exclusive hours for “plus members”, after all the years i have been a member I see that I am not even good enough to be notified. I work night shift and early mornings are the most convenient time for me to shop. I arrived to the store slightly after 8 am, just to be humiliated and denied access because I am not a plus member. I question whether this establishment values long time customers.. when my grandmother turned 100, Sam's blessed us with a free cake and did so the next 3 years. Well my granny made 104 today, not only did they charge me, they said we were only entitled to 1 free cake. It's cool but in the future, don't lie to customers.
Incorrectly taxing LaCroix water (which has zero sugar). Ignorant manager said if it rings up with the tax, it has sugar... Seriously?!
