customer service lacking, used my scan & go app, went to check out and needed to pick up turbo tax. All I had was an empty box, I thought someone would retrieve the turbo tax disk, no I was told to go to the service desk, wait in line. Defeats the purpose of scan & go.
Shop here all the time from gas to groceries. Good customer service, keep up the goid work.
Originally had a bit of a problem. Called to check to make sure the set of 4 tires I wanted were still on sale and they were so I said I would come right over. Went there to find out they were not in stock and they tried to persuade me to get another brand which was not on sale and would have cost $190 more. Ended up ordering the tires I wanted which took several days to come in. Went there a second time and the installation took about 5 hours. When I was there half the things I normally get. They We're out of.Nobody there was friendly ,and you couldn't Find any one to help you.I recently shopped at the store in Des Plaines.Fully stocked,and got every thing I came for. The store had a lot of new Merchandise.and everyone Was Friendly.I will not go back to the Northlake Store.
