Long lines! Slow employees! Not enough employees! Too many self check out lanes! I used to prefer Sam’s Club over Costco but not anymore! Even with long lines Costco cashier and a helper are a lot faster.

Horrible customer service - they make you do a “treasure hunt” to get your free items - and then when you do this inane exercise the free items aren’t even credited to your card and it takes over an hour to get your stuff - UGH! All an excuse to get you from the front of the store alllll the way to the back hoping you buy lots of stuff in between. Horrible pizza (not even close to Costco’s quality). Still a wanna be Costco.
Long lines, poor selection, last time I was inside the store the family restroom was disgusting, and I mean DISGUSTING! I reported it but even when I left about 20 minutes later they had done nothing. I got gas there the other day, and I’m not sure the wait in line support the price.
