Lines are to log computers go down when your checking out. Managers are rude. I only go there because I have to for my Business. I would go to Costco more if they had what I needed.
I signed up for my first Sam's Membership today and although the csr was nice & helpful the process felt like returns at a regular Walmart-long wait time to even get to the counter (even when I was the only one in line) & then the actual process of getting the card was long too because I had a special offer the csr had to call someone else up to verify & do something. It's awesome , I love to shop there. Every time I go to San Bernardino, I have to stop in to see what they have. It's a good place to get organic foods too. Sam's Club is one of my favorite places to go.
