This place is awful, the employees are less than special in every way. I usually do online ordering and pickup, since they moved the pick up area, well, it was a 20 minute wait with the rudest b**ch working the registers. We are considering moving over to Costco full time. Completely over the disrespect directed toward customers, they think so little of us, we work very hard for our money and giving it to disrespectful people, well, not our preference. Spread the word, Sam's Club is not a place to give your hard earned money... read more

I've been dealing with a situation where some hacked my card since 8/19 . 6 phone calls later I was instructed to go to the store. They told me to call the toll free number. I told the person they were the ones who told me go to the store. The person at the store put in wrong email and I had to wait on hold at the store for over 20 minutes . I still cannot access my account!
