This is the only sams club within 75 miles that showed stock. My husband drove for over an hour to get needed supplies just to be told the store is closed for pickup only. The ONLY store in the area that is doing this apparently and NOTHING online to indicate this. Poor, poor business practice!!!

Sitting here for a pickup that was for 5-6. This is SO UNORGANIZED! Still waiting for someone to come to my car to check me in as 6 other cars pull next to me. Get it together many places do pick up orders and this way your doing is horrid! I’ll use my Costco going forward I don’t have time to sit here for 40 min to not even be checked! If you do a pick up order expect to wait at least an hour from the time they say it’s ready. On top of this they don’t even answer their phones. Did in club pickup they forgot 3 items. I have spent 8 hours calling and no one answers phone. spent 1 hour online with chat to get no help.

Sam's Club in Canton, MIchigan deserves a bit shout out! Today they began non-contact shopping and they were very organized and polite. Amazing what they did overnight! Thank you for serving the public. I will be praying for your health and safety.

I stood in line. I asked, were their accommodations for the disabled, based on what I was told I decided to come back tomorrow at 7a for accommodations. I called the store because I wanted to confirm that when I arrived at 7a I would be accommodated. I was told it was only for seniors and the person at the door was a manager. I went back to the store, the same young man was there. He was not the manager, than the young lady told me she was a team lead, again not a manager. great store and happy to see them doing what they can at these times, however curious as to why the lineups out front lately in middle of afternoon. is there a page with updates?
