I found out the prices there are lower then some of the other Sam's club's in MI. & the staff there are real friendlier then other too. I say its best to go there if you can to the Canton's SAM'S CLUB two ��up

We come here quite often, considering the amount of money that gets spent you would think the workers would be more polite. I got attitude and was told I was snappy when I tried to get out of an aisle so someone in a motorized cart could get down the aisle Talking shit about a customer as they walk away who is literally going to spend $200 to $300 at a time is definitely not the way to keep your business.

Melissa in Optical knows her stuff!! And she's very personable and customer service oriented. It was quick and easy to order new lenses. Great experience. Then I saw that they had a new shipment of Aquafina delivered so I asked them how I could get a few cases and they said oh don't worry, we'll have somebody go on the back and get you a couple of cases so they brought them up front to me! BAM. Now that's customer service, right?!!
