I am infuriated that this store decided to close it for public shopping. I just renewed my membership in early March. I do not have credit or debit cards to shop online and besides that I only want my hands touching my products. I only live 10-15 minutes away and being told to go to Southgate (17 miles from me) or Novi (25 miles away) is absurd. Concierge pick-up. For the Seniors time figure 2.5 hours for the line, but com early because the line fills quickly. 7:00 to 9:00AM, but likely no admittance by 8AM or sooner.
they're not open for walk-in customers anymore
This location is handling curbside pickups with amazing accuracy and organization. I've struggled with other stores to get orders and pick them up, but Sam's on Ford has really stepped up and reorganized its staff and parking around managing pickup orders- these guys are doing great jobs.
I tried to order something on Sam's Club website for curbside pick up and It seem NOT WORK as not available for next 2 days! how I supposed to pick up something from their store? please help me..
They are doing a great job during this time. All of the employees are very helpful. Great service.
