You guys have a very bad service wen we order some pizzas to take home I spend 15 minutes in line and is only two people working there is always the same customer service bad very bad.
Customer service is non existent at the store in Round Rock. We were trying to decide whether to keep our membership to Sam's or Costco and today's experience sealed the deal.

I’ve been a Sam’s Club Member since 1991, and totally frustrated with you call in customer service. It took me 6 calls last week to chat with Tire/Battery Dept. They advised to schedule an appointment. Today I called 4 times, got hung up on once, and waited over 8 minutes on hold on another call. HOW IN THE HECK CAN YOU DRAW BUSINESS... SAMS CLUB IS THE WORST AT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Hey Sam’s, Is this standard protocol for when your customers want to buy slices of pizza to take home? I was given three plates with slices and was directed towards a box of foil sheets that I could use and was somehow supposed to wrap my plates up with to take home. What a joke and probably the last time I’ll ever spend my money on pizza there which is a shame because it’s pretty good pizza for the price 👎🏻
