False sense of frugality.
The worst customer service I have experienced. It takes 6 phones calls to get ahold of someone. On top of that I get transferred to the tire center and no one wants to answer. Which brings me back to customer service!!!!!!
While I recommend shopping there....your cart person today is telling people at the entrance that they need to go out into the parking lot and retrieve a cart. I would be so angry if my elderly mother had to do get her own cart. Management wasn’t handling this issue at all. The employee was still telling people when we left. Y’all gotta do better!
