Honestly, my visit didn’t go perfectly at first. There was an issue with the tires that were initially installed and it definitely turned into a longer afternoon than I expected. That said, Jose is the reason I’m leaving this review. The second I brought the issue to his attention, he came outside, looked at everything with me, and immediately acknowledged it. Would have given them zero stars if I could. 2nd terrible experience trying to get tires rotated. 1st appointment they said an employee walked out a few hours ago and couldn’t do it. Next appointment today my husband is 2 hrs after the appointment time and just got in. Ridiculous. Don’t buy tires there and don’t think they will rotate as advertised without a great deal of stress to the customer. Shame on you SAMS don’t offer a service you can’t provide!

If you have time to waste, this is the place. I made an appointment a week in advance for a 4-tire change. When I arrived, they told me it would take about 2 hours. Two hours went by and my car still wasn’t even in the bay. I asked for an update, and they said they were short-handed and were still looking for my tires. Going on 3 hours now.
