This is a great Sam's Club, and we love shopping here! Great choices, prices, and employees. It beats BJ's and Costco hands down!
Jerry gave us amazing service. Our tire had a slow leak. We pulled up not knowing we needed an appointment. Jerry was kind and offered to fit us in anyway. Turned out we had a screw in our tire. He handled everything quickly while we ate at the Cafe and called us when it was done.
When originally asked how long it would take they said 2 hours and that I waited over 3 and a half to get new tires and I even made an appt days in advance was waiting out the counter for over 30 minutes even when I scanned qr code. I could’ve gone to a car dealership at this rate.
Went here with a nail in tire......was told nail was in the sidewall and could not plug it....ok fair enough........then they proceeded to say we needed to purchase 4 new tires ....couldn't replace just one......yea right.....also they tell you removing nail in your tire is free if your a member great.....one problem you have to make an appointment which is days out....sorry don't wanna drive around for days with a nail in my tire.......
1 hour and 20 minutes to rotate tires. I had first appt and no other vehicles in shop and 3 men working on rotate my tires
