I recently visit this store and bought a patio set. I waited in line and spoke to Gloria and said I couldn’t pick it up as my car could not fit it. She said my husband could pick it up the next day. My husband couldn’t the next day and I called and they said ok. When he did come, he was told they didn’t have it. They sold something that was paid for. If I could give this store 0 stars I would!!! I knew better than to come back to this location after my last terrible experience, but it had my car battery in stock and I needed one. Both times I have come here for a car battery the techs have tried to talk me into not waiting for install and just taking it... mind you neither car would start! There is no sense of urgency in any of the techs except for the 1 girl tech that works in the bay. Not to mention the food court area... I have never seen people work so slow with a li... read more

I've been a faithful Sam's Club member for many years. I'm now on one household account with my 84 year old mother. We loved the club store off 281, but it was closed. Now I'm trying to find a new home club. I went 20 miles round trip to the one on IH 35 having to cross traffic off 410 and 35. Previously I went to the club off 410 and China, at least 16 miles round trip having to fight traffic at 410 and 10. DISAPPOINTED Went to sams club today,did my shopping,and came in to grab a slice of pizza for a quick lunch. Checked out at 11:15am than I got in line to grab my lunch, was in line for 45 minuets this is ridiculous, but don't try to sit down for a snack, this place is filthy. They need to get someone to clean the tables in the cafe area. Looking at all the reviews y'all have Serious problem. It looks like management is not doing her job.
Lady at counter who gave us membership was exceptional..did the self checkout so didn’t have to deal with anyone else..may want to consider opening additional registers to avoid long lines at check out...
