I purchased a phone from Dylan, an AT&T representative, via my Sam’s membership. The promotion was for the the iPhone 11 Pro 256 GB for a $1000 rebate upon receipt of my current iPhone 7 trade in. Well the first problem I experienced was that Dylan didn’t seem very knowledgeable. I shook it off. 2nd problem was the marketing AT&T sold the phones information for. My two year old didn’t have a mask the your fake security guard was so rude and turned us away. I understand the policy but she’s 2. Like really.
Thinking there was gonna be a line there was no line easy shopping there was limits on toilet paper and paper napkins and there was police present which I’ve never seen before. He was actually standing by the toilet paper but when I walked out of the store he was outside. And we were greeted at the front in our check out was smooth. Thank you

with the pandemic they are organized and very concerned about everyones safety. lines moved very quick and offered the scan & go app.
The customer service was horrible. But I guess I’m just used the exceptional customer service at Costco.
