You must know that this store has a major customer service problem I have commented several times to manage ment not enough cashiers slow poorly trained, Indifferent you need to improve service or you will lose more members than me I have already sold my stock i am sad to see such bad service at sams walmart the pharmacy not what Sam Walton established

I come here often, all thought I prefer Costco because of their superior service. Sams offers great value to that can't be found other places. Therefore, I will continue my membership further for a long time.

Great prices on prescriptions, merchandise by the bulk for parties, ect.. helpful employees.

I came in to Sam's looking for the much sought after silver tumblers. I wanted to get them before the holiday rush starts, well I wasn't very lucky. I searched high and low. I even asked a few associates if they knew where they were and I was lead in circles. As I was leaving, the cashier named Jocelyn told me she could check for me.
