Bought a Serta Gel Matress, returned about an hour later to pick it up and they couldnt find any of the 10 in stock. After 35min or so, they found it. Then it took em 10-15min to get it to the front of the store. I had to push the loader out myself. Very poor customer service from the manager who made it seem like I messed up.
Ordering ahead of time was useless. Waiting over 30 min for my order that they said was ready at 731 am.
Go and see Irma in Optical. She is beyond helpful and very pleasant to speak with. Very knowledgeable of my insurance and the benefits SAMs has for their members. Thank you for saving me money!
I can only tell you that I love Sam's. I'm a. regular customer there .I can't come out of this place without buying anything cause there's always some thing that I like
