I have had good help at Sam’s Club Tire & Battery in the past, but the last few times I have stop to do tires repaires, it has been DAYS out- which doesn’t really work when you have a nail in your tire. I feel bad for the guys there- they seem to be super short staffed. The crew is friendly, but too busy to support the need.
I needed a new battery and they helped me very fast after Honda of Ames tried to charge me $430. Really appreciate it.

Came in an hour and a half before close to have 4 tires balanced and was turned away because they "already cleaned the floors." While there were 2 mechanics not doing anything
