Waited on hold for over half hour to sign up for the free mom membership just to get told they changed the guidelines just TODAY so I'm no longer available to receive it. Maybe if i didnt keep getting busy signals i coukd of gotten thru sooner then today. Was supposed to be good till the 29th anyways. Way to lose a customer for sure! Worst customer service I ever received.
Hey Sam's Club: While I do love your large bulk item selection and low prices. I see no reason to have one employee standing at the exit checking everyone's cart as they try to leave. I counted 15 people waiting to leave as your employee did their "job". As if anyone could sneak something into the cart in the 15 feet from the checkout to the exit. Here's an idea, have that employee clean the trash out of the parking lot, or clean the food court or bathrooms! Spending $250.00 in your "club" only to find toilet seats with piss... read more
