Its okay. I do not prefer this type of retail shopping. I don't need 3 (pack) of huge jars of peanut butter for $9.99. Not that I've actually seen that exact package. But this will be the future of purchasing as no man will buy or sell without the mark. The staff are there to do their job. I have no quarrels about the store.

Horrible horrible... my husband went in to check a price and went out the correct door and Shelly who was the greeter at the entrance came out the front door with her arms folded and was watching him... he said are you watching me? And with an attitude she said do you need watching? So my husband went back in and got a manager. The manager did say that wasn't the Sams club way but did nothing about the situation after wards. Great customer service in the bakery department. Made an mistake on a cake I ordered for my daughter 16th birthday. Made me a new cake with in and hour. It was beautiful .
Switched from Costco and found the better prices and better deals at Sams. Friendly Staff and a clean well stocked store. If you are ok with forgoing the Exclusivity of Costco and are looking for a great deal I would definitely recommend Sams.
