RecommendedThe auto side of Sam’s Club was great with customer service from Jay! He had noticed I had been waiting for the gentleman at the front counter to get off the phone for quite some time. Jay came over got me checked in and fixed my flat tire in approx 25 min. Thank you Jay!
The employees in shipping and receiving are extremely rude. They talk to the truck drivers like we are dog crap. This is the only Sams club I dred delivering to.

I got a flat tire while at Sam's, (painting crew left a sign on the ground and I didnt see it) so they fixed my tire no charge. They were very polite and very helpful!
