Just left the Sam’s club in Erie, PA. Shocked and disgusted is an understatement. Not one person was cleaning anything. I was at self check out. Thankfully I brought my own wipes because NOT one person was wiping anything down. There were 4 employees within 20 feet just chatting and talking. This as a company should be a priority. However I can tell yours does NOT care! Why a joke. I will NOT return to your store and my corporate memberships are gonna be cancelled. What a joke of a company!!!
Saturday April 5th was to have been open shopping for healthcare workers 7 sm-9 am at Sam's as documented on the site. Erie, PA location were at the doors to turn away healthcare workers at 7 and told us to return during usual hours. sad.

They discriminated against gays today. Horrible customer service time to shut them down.
ugh gets me Everytime Sam's club
They didn't have a couple items that we needed. Had to track down an associate for assistance. had to wait like 10 minutes for a pallet of water. so I could get my 2 cases I needed. we went to the check out lines and they only had 2 resisters open. they were extremely busy and we had to wait forever to get through the line.
