I've never had a problem shopping in store, but I have had hell with their online services. I placed a floral order for my wedding back in March. I then cancelled the order. I was charged for the cancelled order, but never refunded. I have tried to get my money refunded for the past month and all I get from the customer service reps is that they have submitted my information to the department and someone will be contacting me. Very clean store , good selection of everything I needed and check out was very pleasant. Even though there are no truck parking signs I was able to park to get my stuff and leave with no problems.
Go in today to get a few things. See a book, decide to buy it. Go to pay, won't scan. Someone sends me to customer service. Won't scan. Instead of doing a simple over ride, they take 20 minutes to try and figure it out. I'm keeping my cool until they say "Oh! This doesn't go on sale until tomorrow, you'll have to come back then." Seriously? After that long they should have simply rung the book and then removed the rest of the books from the shelves. Best part of all? No apologies for making me wait so long. This club has the best associates, they're extremely nice and go above for the members. The management staff is very caring and go out of the way to ensure that your shopping experience is perfect! I love this club.
