There is a girl who works the register when I go there everyday for work she is the only person who has a problem with me i will be going back to get her name and her supervisor she refuses LEGAL U.S. Currency and tries to make you pay with a card this is not acceptable and I will be going to corporate to file a lengthy complaint on her SAM Club is literally the worst
RecommendedBeen coming to this SAMs since they opened. Have bought tires for 4 autos consistently since they opened. Have had my tires rotated and balanced every 6k since they opened. I've always been able to go in early and drop off the car and pick it up later when having the tires balanced. Now I am being told, since I am a "Regular" member, I have to wait till 10am to drop off the car. What is the deal? They trying to make all customers buy their top shopping card? We are new Sam's members, previously Costco shoppers. It's a nice store with a great variety. My complaint is that team members should be retrained on approaching people checking out with a screaming toddler asking if I want to upgrade my membership. Yes, exactly the right time to hold me up checking out one handed with screaming 1 year old. I tell the guy I can't hear him, he insists on giving his spiel.

Ordered a cake on August 10th for a 10:30am pickup today, August 26th. Get there at 10:35 only told be told they’re an hour behind and my cake isn’t ready. Keep in mind I had to prepay for this cake. Add insult to injury that while the cake was cute, it was crooked, the frosting was messed up in several places and the colors it was supposed to be were done wrong. No apologies, and TWO cakes that were supposed to be ready AFTER MY 10:30 cake were already done. You could CLEARLY see how shotty of a job they did just by looking... read more
