Customer service couldn’t find my warranty from Kansas so thankfully had my paperwork in van. Not sure what their computer is for then! Now I get to pay $50 for a tire I have had for 3 months. Wow. Why do I have a warranty again!?
What’s the point of having a pick up service if I still have to come in the store to pick the order up? I get the part about having my order together and me not shopping for it but let’s get real.. the majority of people who are using pick up services is so that we don’t have to get out the car and come in the store! Gulfport has drive thru pick up service... I’ll go there from now on!
I mainly go to SAM'S for my prescriptions. Everyone in that department has always been so nice & so helpful! I've been using this pharmacy for quite awhile & I don't plan to change!
