I know people usually write negative reviews. I love our SAMs here and the customer service when we go. Tonight was extra great. We needed a couple things with our sick babe in tow and a wonderful worker asked if we've tried the rotisserie chicken. I said oh yes we love it! Well would you like to take one home for free? Thinking no dinner ready when we get home and a sick baby what a perfect night to receive a good deed. Thank you so much to the sweet SAMs worker!! You made our night! God is good so is SAMs

Less than impressed with the new card readers. I don't use my card as a debit card, use it as a credit card and now I can't cause you cannot change the payment type like you used to since I now have a chip in my card. Very frustrated.

It's like home away from home. The nearest Costco is over 8 hrs away so this perfectly suffices my needs to buy in bulk.

Lately the service is lacking we shop every week it seems like less cashiers and help in general. This evening only one cashier? I counted 18 CUSTOMERS waiting. Yes they had 5 self checks open. That's not want we want. I personally think if surveyed customers would prefer a live person cashier at least 7 out of 10. In general this was not a happy place. IT was trying to switch more cashier stations to self check to handle the bottle neck but a band aid on a wound that required medical is not a fix. I can't imagine doing busi... read more

On Dec 13, I was in and bought a movie Minions. I left it in my vehicle till Christmas Eve when I brought it into the house for my granddaughter to watch. When we opened the case the DVD was missing. I took it back on the 26 to see if you would exchange the movie. I wasn't sure how this was going to work. Neither you nor I were at fault. I'm am very pleased to say thank you for exchanging this movie.

They tell me they can fix my leaky tire at 5:30 when I called at 3:47pm. I get here park where the lady told me to park and then tells me they have no room to fix my tire ugh. I'm so mad I stopped what I was doing to drag my baby in the store for them to tell me they can't after she told me at 5:30? Nice customer service......

Wyndell is the friendlyest man and lights up our faces every time we are in the store! My 2.5yr old son even remembers him by name on each of our visits! It is definitely the little things in life that make a big difference and that man standing at the door makes all of our days a little better. Thank you!
