I had exceptional service at Sam's club Bismarck today. After some miscommunication about something I thought they had in stock they (Darryl and Jacob) went over and above to make it right for me as the customer. Your kindness and willingness to make the customer happy was nothing short of appreciated. Thank you for the AMAZING service today!
Just called to order a cake and they said "NO". Too many cakes to make already. Really? I'm pretty sure you have a case ready to sell. UNBELIEVABLE.
Worst management ever. Do not stand behind their employees at all and seem to make up new rules as they see fit.
During our visit today my husband and I went to change my baby but we had to wait because an employee was using the family restroom. The man checking receipts at the door is always so nice. I love that I can check myself out using my phone. It really helps speed my visit up.
After a horrible experience with your employees leaving today I almost turned around and went back to return everything I had bought. Employees need to keep their mouths shut about their beliefs and things they don't understand. It's unbelievable that an employee would spout off shit and say it's law and when I argued the fact that it's not the employee then stated oh well that's what our manager told us. Kinda like walking on EGGSHELLS, Don't know who I'm gonna Run into a Person who don't like Native American's. Or those who are just Always polite and don't care what RACE I am. Other than that it's a Awesome place too get what u need for the Month..
They called to cancel my cupcake order for a graduation open house 1 hour before I was to pick them up. They said they would call back to see if they could substitute a cake but they never called to try and make things right. Never will order from them again
