I will not ever order anything through them again. I ordered a cake for my daughters birthday for pickup at noon. I went at 2 and it wasn't done and I did not receive a phone call saying the cupcakes I ordered as well would not be done as they didn't receive any. I did get a free very poorly decorated cake from their display that has sat there for who knows how long. They need a better system so they know when to stop taking cake orders for a certain day. I used the Scan and Go today and was so excited to use it. It scanned everything great. Then went to checkout and guess what? I get sorry code 01 you must go to a cash register! $345.00 and now I have to stand in line! I couldn't even get a manager to tell me what this meant! For 2 cents I would have left everything there. Very disappointed.
I was looking for a product and an associate so helpful. Was a super breakfast. What a pleasant surprise
